Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Lucia Tahara.

For over two decades, I operated at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and impact.

  • At Google, I led global partnerships that scaled products like Maps, Shopping, and Arts & Culture at both global and local levels, forging landmark deals with players like SNCF and Michelin.

  • Later, I launched Radar, a startup born from my passion for place-based connection, and recognized by the French Tech incubator Willa, and by the Paris region as an innovative economic project.

  • Today, I mentor and coach purpose-driven teams tackling public sector challenges, from climate resilience to digital inclusion, through France’s national incubation program.

Whether navigating early-stage uncertainty or scaling global solutions, I help organizations turn bold visions into tangible results.
