Meet the founder

After two decades leading transformation at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and impact in Paris, I relocated to New York in 2025 and launched Umami.

In the culinary world, umami is the "fifth taste"—the element that acts as a synergist, deepening other flavors and making a dish remarkable. In business, I’ve found the same principle applies: organizations often have the "sweet" of a great vision and the "salt" of hard work, but they struggle to make it all come together. I founded Umami to be that bridge, bringing a unique blend of expertise to the table:

  • The Structure of Global Scale: During my 13 years at Google, I led partnerships that scaled products like Maps, Shopping, and Arts & Culture globally. By forging landmark deals with partners like Michelin and the Eiffel Tower, I mastered the art of high-level execution and cross-functional influence—learning how to align diverse teams to move as one.

  • The Agility of a Founder: From my time founding Radar, a platform for discovering local favorites, I bring a lean, user-centric, and agile mindset. Recognized by the Willa incubator and the Paris region as a top innovative project, I understand the grit required to build from the ground up.
